Neuroendocrine tumours

The Oxford Neuroendocrine Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) was one of the first in the UK to achieve recognition as a European Centre of Excellence. This group of experts have specialist interest in the diagnosis, treatment and management of people with neuroendocrine cancers – Mr Soonawalla is the surgeon in this MDT who deals with small intestinal and pancreatic NETs as well as those who need liver surgery for metastases.
